About the Role We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer and business problems – in ways that our customers love, while driving maximum impact to the business. The goal of this role is to provide strategic guidance to both WoW and Finance product teams to drive a scalable financial platform strategy. This strategy will thread together Workday products, custom solution innovations and third party technology to build a best in class solution, driving differentiated business value and delightful user experiences. This position is an essential member of the Leadership team, reporting to the VP Workday on Workday. About You Serve as the senior strategic advisor for the CFO and CHRO WoW product teams and CFO business partners to adopt best practices for implementing Workday CFO products across the portfolio Advise teams on high-level design and end-to-end solutions based upon product strategy and functionality and identify relevant mitigating strategies Partner with our Finance Product and Technology teams to provide input into product development strategy Support Customer and prospect conversations to evangelize the value proposition of Workday products Work closely with leaders across Industry Go-To-Market, Strategy, Services and Sales teams to define and evangelize Tech Industry solution map and value proposition for Financials Establish continuous feedback mechanism with Workday Services to ensure adoption of cutting edge Workday Financial implementation and integration approaches About you Basic Qualifications: 15+ years delivering large-scale consulting engagements with a combination of Workday Financials products. 15+ years proven Finance domain experience Other Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking publicly to large audiences of senior leaders and executives Ability to identify solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. A strong sense of product and customer experience Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
