What the role has to offer: Variety of work across the full bid lifecycle Working with an outstanding team Opportunity for development which can lead to other roles About the team Thales Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) provide industry leading capability and upgrades across three main portfolios, UAS (Unmanned Air Systems,) EW (Electronic Warfare) Radar Support including Crowsnest. You will be working with a small team who are proactive, engaged and enjoy working collaboratively together. Our Opportunity You will be responsible for leading Quality Assurance across the domain including functional line management of the JF-08 team within the domain and you will be responsible for the delivery of the functional budget. You will be supervising the functional team to deliver all aspects of Quality Assurance within bids, projects, design and development lifecycles, system validation, supply chain, manufacturing customer acceptance across all domain programmes. You will also need to implement, and ensure the application of the Quality Policy and adherence and governance to the organisations Reference System (Chorus 2,) championing the benefits. As well as, ensuring the domain quality team can deliver its objectives; ensuring suitable skills and capabilities are in place across the team and that resource is appropriately allocated and ensuring talent is developed. Additionally, you will need to ensure customer requirements are embedded and delivered and that the customer is represented at all times. Moreover, you will need to measure customer satisfaction, capture and address customer complaints, compliments and issues, including leadership of the domain elements of the UK Customer Satisfaction network, measurement and reporting of associated KPIs.
