You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud. The team will be responsible for day-to-day operational delivery, solutioning level one and two escalations and reporting for Accounts Payable, Expense, Accounts Receivable and other Finance operational functions. The team will need to demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds these expectations Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls Provide regular reports and updates on service delivery performance to senior management Collaborate seamlessly across diverse territories and time zones as needed to facilitate efficient and effective communication and work.
