As a Controls Technician, your main responsibilities will be programming, debugging, and problem-solving of highly automated equipment and control systems. You will also provide support for continuous improvement projects, analyze data, and collaborate with team members from various departments.

**Required Qualifications**
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and Outlook
- Ability to manage time and workload efficiently
- High proficiency in PLC, HMI, electrical troubleshooting, and building wiring circuits
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components and circuits
- Proficiency in HVAC HMI and electrical troubleshooting for ammonia and freon-based systems
- Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent field
- 2+ years of experience with Motor Controls, Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs, SCADA systems, and KPIs
- 2+ years of experience supporting conveyors, HVAC, refrigeration systems
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**
- Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work well with diverse employees and cultures
- Overtime may be required
- Ability to safely lift over 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in various temperature environments for extended periods
