What You’ll Do Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Research customer and market needs and requirements Write requirements in Agile Methodology and create wireframes Fulfil scrum duties of a Product Owner as needed, including conducting sprint planning and reviewing meetings, authoring stories, and maintaining the product backlog Establish and maintain the product roadmap by prioritizing solutions to align with business goals Daily interaction with software developers and testers. Work with Marketing to produce product collateral and sales tools Train both Sales Support and Technical Support in the use and operations of the product Conduct product demonstrations for partners and key prospects Occasionally support the Pre-Sales team during the sale process including possible assistance in the demonstration and deployment of the product (typically only for large opportunities or key accounts) Attend Industry Conferences and Trade Shows and deliver presentations as required Maintain current knowledge of competitive product positioning, feature sets, and messaging Conduct hands-on and external analyses of competitive products Have fun, with all of the above! Experience You’ll Bring Strong track record of delivering impactful results in previous roles, emphasizing your ability to make a meaningful difference in enterprise software product development and customer satisfaction. Excellent attention to detail, demonstrating awareness of the urgency of communication while exhibiting diplomacy during daily interactions Good technical knowledge of IP-related networks, architecture, design, and management as it relates to telecommunications and managed host industries Demonstrated understanding of software development and product life cycle Excellent writing, communications, customer service, and interpersonal skills Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers Polish and professionalism in creating and delivering presentations and training sessions to a diverse set of groups, customizing messaging to suit the audience Ability to effectively conduct formal and informal training sessions or presentations.
