Employment Type: Part-time (2 days a week), Hybrid (work from home and in-office)Key Performance Areas:• Performing administrative duties with precision and efficiency.• Managing telephone communications .• Compiling reports.• Monitoring and maintaining stationary and stock levels in the office.• Handling office and diary management .• Serving as a driver and professional assistant to manager, including willingness to travel out of town.• Overseeing training campaigns and ensuring their smooth execution.• Attending to customer queries .Essential Skills / Requirements:• Senior Certificate or equivalent educational qualification.• Minimum of 5 years' experience . • Proficiency in MS Office packages.• Possess a valid Code EB (code 8) driver’s license.Soft Skills:• Strong administrative acumen and attention to detail.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.• Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Capability to work independently and proactively.• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards taking initiative.This position offers a unique hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility between remote work and in-office presence.
