Trade Finance and Lending (TFL) is one of the leading business departments in the Corporate Bank working with clients around the globe. It has great dependency on IT platform to service the Bank’s clients. The group is working on technology refresh of their IT platform to enable new services for customers as well as to achieve next level of business processes automation. In-house IT team already achieved great success designing, building and rolling out into production its strategic platform for TFL business. Based on that success there is a further desire to build towards our strategic architecture. Your primary focus will be to lead UX design of domain-level UI platform, including both art direction and hands-on design – for clients of the bank and internal users alike, taking part in the tech transformation of one of the key revenue generating businesses in the Bank. - You love this job but feel you cannot tick 100% of the boxes? Your key responsibilities Take the lead of defining domain UX strategy and key principles as part of broader DB Produce hands-on project outcomes – specific analysis and designs for business delivery Supervise a group of UX designers working together on domain and DB-wide tasks Maintain and foster relationships with software developers and business stakeholders Ensure top notch look and feel – market leading, delivering the spirit of excellence :) Your skills and experiences 8+ years of UX design experience (tenure in large organizations would be a big plus) Very good hands-on skills in Figma or similar toolset Very good understanding of Web UI – what's possible in the browser and what not, costs Experience building organization-level UI kits and design systems, including associated communication within the team / across the organization Fluent written and spoken English is essential – you will communicate a lot on your job, in a global team of designers, engineers, business SMEs and stakeholders What we offer Competitive salary and benefits, including 30 days of holiday Hybrid model of remote work and office days Working at the forefront of financial services technology at scale!
