About the Role As a vital part of our team, you'll handle aftermarket orders and pricing for specific customers and territories. Your role involves finding new clients who can benefit from our products or services, building strong customer relationships, and presenting how our offerings meet their needs. You'll work closely with various teams, contribute to sales strategies, and stay informed about market trends. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and success. Your responsibilities: Manage aftermarket orders and pricing for specific customers/territory. Identify new clients for FLSmidth products/services. Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs. Convince clients of FLSmidth's value in terms of quality, price, and delivery. Learn about FLSmidth's product line, old and new. Collaborate with teams for sales support and technical assistance. Present products effectively to meet client needs. Contribute to sales planning and strategies. Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Foster long-term relationships with key decision makers. Your qualifications: High degree (preferably technical) Experience in technical sales (equipment, services, spare parts) Experience in Mineral Processing or Metallurgy preferably Upper Intermediate English Computer skills (Excel, World, Lotus, MS Project) Understanding of value – based sales concept Ready for frequent traveling, domestically and internationally As an equal-opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
