Role Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Ingest Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the transformation and delivery of digital products. As the Data Ingest Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions, and maximizing business value within the ever-evolving financial services industry. Main Responsibilities Change Management Leadership: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for digital product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to embrace change, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to change delivery, employing robust mitigation strategies Digital Product Delivery: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders, to define and deliver digital products that meet customer needs and drive business growth Drive the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring on-time, within budget, and high-quality project execution Oversee the development and implementation of agile methodologies, promoting efficient and effective project management practices Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and commitment throughout the change delivery process Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and managing expectations Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on change management best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement Change Adoption and Measurement: Develop and execute change adoption strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user support initiatives, to facilitate seamless adoption of digital products Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of change initiatives, leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future decision-making Monitor user feedback and market trends, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and ensuring alignment with evolving customer expectations Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of change management professionals, fostering their professional growth and development Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in change management and digital product delivery, applying relevant insights to enhance team capabilities and performance Qualification and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects within financial services or similar industries. Extensive experience in change management, preferably within digital product development and implementation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in capital markets or stock exchange operations, is highly desirable.
