Location(s): Argentina City/Cities: Capital Federal Travel Required: Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: January 24, 2023 Shift: Job Description Summary: JOB SUMMARY: Provides a broad range of HR transactional support to managers and employees and provide first-line problem resolution. Support is given to existing employees requests, Payroll and Compensation Support, Training Development Program, Hiring and Onboarding processes and Personnel Administration. Workday management related to employee´s hiring, promotions, lateral moves, terminations, among others. HR support, advising employees and managers in areas related to: Payroll Report Employee Administration and Labor Relations Internal Communications. Recruiting Onboarding Culture Engagement Wellbeing Benefits Performance Management Trainning and Development General HR program/policy interpretation, and compliance. Contract Service Workers vendors and requests. Support the HR Strategy by performing the following tasks: Follow up and suggest proactive initiatives regarding the results received from environment surveys (Pulse Survey, Culture Growth Engagement survey). Support the HR Manager on OPEX Analisys Control and recommend possible mitigation actions. Support the creation of an Integrated Communication Plan. Encourage the use and keep track on Yammer postings Promote Networked Initiatives across CPS West and other locations. Manages and implement different type of transactional process and programs including: HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc. Employee records maintenance pertaining to employment, benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc. Management of HR Information Systems and interfaces vendor selection and management Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies/authorities. Coordinate and Implement the Well-being Benefit Programs, including healthcare, retirement, insurance, and other local programs. Run reports from HR Platforms such us Celebrating You, CCU, LinlkedIn Learning, among others. Work in collaboration with Operational Excellence area to coordinate the Recognition Program. ETQ Custodial. Review, keep and Maintain HR Documents updated and according to TCCC Requirements Follow up and audit invoices and reimbursement requests and reconcile expenses of benefit plans and programs to ensure accurate reporting and timely payment of invoices and reimbursements. Keep Job descriptions and job evaluation up to date. Organizational Capabilities: Coordinate all the training and development activities for each area according to TCCQS requirements. Coordinate CPS Argentina´s External Trainingn Plan Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of all training sessions. Coordinate on-boarding process for New Hires. Give support to Performance Management Program, Talent Development, Young Professional and Trainee Program Type of previous work experience required 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry or equivalent. English level advanced. Must be able to lead meetings and presentations. This role has a daily basis interactions with teams and peers that requires fluent level of English. Management-level computer user. General knowledge of Payroll Administration, Time and Attendance, Labor Legislation. Project Management experience is desirable. Experience working with agile methodologies, kaizen, lean manufacturing, and others.
