Key Responsibilities:

1.Office Management:
o Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
o Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
o Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.

2.Documentation and Record Keeping:
o Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
o Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports.
o Manage filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible.

3.Customer and Vendor Interaction:
o Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders, deliveries, and other necessary supplies********Financial Administration:
o Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
o Process and track payments and receipts in coordination with the finance department.

5.Support to Management:
o Assist management with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports and data analysis.
o Coordinate internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.

6.Compliance and Confidentiality:
o Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
o Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.

•Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

•Skills:

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Languages:
• Fluency in English is required.
