Job Description Responsibilities As a manufacturing expert, your mission is to ensure customers successfully implement the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and develop the customer team into self-sufficient Rockwell Automation - Plex Mach2 experts Use your experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting or Quality to provide consulting leadership to customers within the manufacturing industry Provide multi-faceted services for customers including: new implementation; solution optimization design and implementation; packaged services; product and services expansion projects Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines Build formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the customer Gather information, research and manage customer support requests from creation to completion Communicate appropriate options for resolution and status in a timely manner Collaborate with Support Services to resolve customer support requests Manage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customers Conduct workshops Implement and test software configurations Travel to customer sites as required Provide on-site support at go-live events Utilize and enhance our Delivery Practice, PMO and the Plex Knowledge Management System Basic Qualifications BA/BS preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS or related field Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience within the manufacturing industry / operations and experience implementing an ERP/MES Experience with Microsoft SQL Familiar with PLC Programming Prior Rockwell Automation - Plex Mach2 experience is a plus Experience with Boomi, Niagara and Kepware is a plus Project management, relationship development and consulting skills Able to configure software to meet customer requirements and be able to troubleshoot and solve issues * This position is part of a job family.
