We are currently seeking a Wealth Fraud Policy Manager who will play a crucial role in identifying the causes of fraud and working towards improving our loss performance and customer experience in the Wealth sector. This position requires knowledge in risk assessment, technology for fraud prevention and detection, and familiarity with wealth products and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and create reports to identify fraud trends, patterns, and root causes.
- Use data analysis to develop strategies and propose changes to minimize fraud exposure.
- Keep track of emerging trends and opportunities and communicate them to senior management.
- Manage fraud risk in our Wealth Management and Retail Business Banking lines of business.
- Provide support and analysis for fraud policy projects as needed.
- Balance client experience, efficiency, and fraud prevention in recommendations and strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective fraud prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
- Evaluate the impact of missing data and prioritize technology investments to close gaps.
- Work closely with various teams to optimize business strategies and communicate key initiatives.
- Ensure robust controls are in place to detect and mitigate fraud in deposit transactions.

Leadership Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with complex processes and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with demanding stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with different teams and departments.
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Effective project management skills.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics, risk management, or operations, preferably in fraud or the wealth industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or management discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in designing or acquiring systems, technology, or processes to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge and experience in data and root cause analysis.

Please note that this job is a full-time position based in San Antonio, Texas, with a salary range of $100,430 to $150,650.
