[What the role is] You will be part of the Resource Management team to manage a cohesive digitisation program for the National Library Board from planning, implementation to completion, thus enabling the physical and intellectual protection and accessibility of digital resources over time. [What you will be working on] Procurement, Vendor and Contract management Support the Whole-of-Government digitisation initiatives and handle enquiries from the agencies. Manage NLB and Whole-of-Government Digitisation projects, coordinate across internal and external partners and provide relevant options in line with policies, guidelines and standards. Manage and ensure delivery of Digitalisation and Microfilming related contracts and performance of appointed vendors. Operational Management Manage the end-to-end process for the digitisation and microfilming of materials. Conduct quality assurance on the digitised content produced by the outsourced vendors and staff. Oversee the quality inspections on digitised images for uploading to digital repository. Oversee the tracking of digitisation statistics and manage the maintenance of digitisation equipment. Interface with internal divisions and resolve operational issues. Conduct regular reviews of processes to streamline operations for increased efficiency and productivity. Mentor and supervise a team of support staff and part-timers to track and resolve operational issues.
