Regulatory and Cross Product Technology The role of the Lead Technology Manager focuses on managerial activities related to and in support of technology projects and deliverables. This will include, but is not limited to, the assignment of technical resources to projects/deliverables, management of technology solution financials, development of staff and adhering to formal performance management processes, ensuring timelines and quality of deliverables across a portfolio of technology initiatives for reporting of investment bank transactions to Regulatory bodies for MIFID, Dodd Frank, EMIR and 15 global jurisdictions. Your key responsibilities Managing staff to deliver high quality code against agreed timelines and milestones Participating in solution design and architecture discussions Ensuring growth of the engineers by giving them opportunities to grow outside BAU work, embracing the DB values and creating a high-performance culture in the team Participating in PI planning and Scrum of Scrum discussions to monitor and track progress Strong communication with stakeholders Your skills and experiences Experience leading multiple scrum teams (80+ people) in Agile and Scrum delivery Experience with end-to-end design and delivery of solutions Extensive experience with java and related technologies such as Spring Batch/Core/Boot/Hibernate/Kotlin Experience with Messaging and integration, Patterns, REST, SOA Experience of test and build automation – Cucumber/Maven/Artifactory/Jenkins What we offer Competitive salary and benefits, including 30 days of holiday Hybrid model of remote work and office days Working at the forefront of financial services technology at scale!
