Virtu Execution Services (VES) comprises of the firm's client-facing business encompassing, Brokerage, Analytics and Workflow technology.

Become a multi-faceted Financial Services professional in roles broadly spanningSales, Trading, Electronic Coverage, Algo Development and Technology Support
Receive an in-depth education on global financial markets and the spectrum of Virtu's products and services- combining technology with business needs
Effectively leverage technical abilities with people-skills; joining a global team engaging with a wide range of vendors and institutional and retail clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, exhibiting a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
Genuine passion for financial markets, demonstrated through previous experiences or personal interests.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication in various contexts.
Highly motivated and tenacious individual with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
Proficiency in programming skills is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn, especially for certain roles where technical expertise is required.
Proficiency in languages (German, Italian, French etc.) is advantageous for this role.
