The School Manager within the School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences is part of a dedicated team of senior administrative staff within the Health Group, ensuring quality and consistency of service delivery and positive teaching and student experiences. The School Manager is the primary advisor to the Head of School and School Executive on all matters pertaining to the University, Group and School policies, operations, and business processes.Key responsibilities include:Provide high level advice and support to the Head of School and other senior staffSupport with planning, budgeting, resource management and other operational matters along with external engagement activitiesAssist with academic work allocationLead business improvement and change processesManage and lead School professional staffThe position actively participates as a member of the School Executive and plays a key role in contributing to the strategic and operational objectives of the School and GroupWhat we can offer
The base salary for a HEW Level 8 position is in the range of $105,596 - $118,792 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range of $123,547 - $138,986 per annum.This is a continuing, full-time position and is primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
