ALL about the role:Being passionate about finding and converting new business opportunitiesGuiding and leading other team members to succeed in setting goalsWorking collaboratively with the entire Sales Marketing team to achieve overall business objectivesMaintain a complete understanding of the Hotel’s sales visions, its products, services, and rate structure to fulfil business objectivesBuild, develop, and maintain relationships with hotel's current networkMaintain effective communication with the Director of Commercials, providing market intelligence regularly and an understanding of competitor strengths, weaknesses, and ongoing sales activitiesPlan, develop, and implement promotional strategies and marketing plansLiaise with the Accor National Sales team to ensure access to key accounts and maximise any sales opportunitiesAssist, implement, and monitor sales strategies for conferences and eventsParticipate and represent Accor at key industry/trade events that will ensure an appropriate return on investment.
