Busy Time-Share Lodge in Bella Bella region is requiring an Experienced Maintenace Manager with a HOTEL or Lodge Maintenance background. Accommodation + Company Benefits provided.Minimum Requirements:•Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project•Management and General Building Maintenance within the hospitality industry with experience of at least 5 to 10 years.•Project Management is essential.•Advanced Excel + Stock system Knowledge + MS Word is essential.•Valid RSA ID is required.•Valid Driver’s License and PDP is required.Jobs Scope in General:•Attention to Detail.•Reliability and adaptability.•General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.•Upkeep repairs of all public areas.•General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tool and equipment.•Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.•Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.•Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.•Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers.•Fleet Management of company vehicles.•Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.•Exceptional report writing skill.•Weekly and Monthly reports•Control and manage stock levels and reports
