**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our team at LAWNZ BY DANUBE - RETAIL SHOP 15 in International City, Dubai. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring that our branch runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage restocking processes.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and train team members, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure high performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for branch growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
**Qualifications:**
- 4-5 years of proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic accounting.
