Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle visa applications and work permits for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll, and visa processing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
