Who Are You?
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team - someone with a passion for project management, technical implementation, and delivering exceptional support. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, demonstrating an ability to efficiently manage many projects simultaneously from initiation to completion. You have proven experience that you can thrive in an ever-evolving and fast-paced environment. Your hands-on expertise will be pivotal in successfully onboarding customers and fostering immediate product adoption.
Effective communication is essential in this role. Someone who can articulate complex ideas with clarity, set expectations, outline processes, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate effectively with our merchants will excel in this role.
We are looking for an individual who excels in building and maintaining client relationships. You will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the onboarding process and beyond. You'll be the face of our company throughout implementation - leading meetings to share best practices, strategizing on future promotion planning, and ensuring our merchants are destined for success.
You will be responsible for a successful program launch, which includes managing deliverables, coordinating smooth transitions with Customer Success Managers, supporting backend account configuration, and training merchant teams to optimize our platform to achieve their business goals. We value proactive individuals who constantly seek ways to enhance, improve and scale our processes, contributing to the growth and success of our Customer Success function.

Position Overview

Support the successful onboarding, implementation, training, and launch of merchants
Manage intake, follow-up, and backend setup of merchant deliverables
Manage integrated ordering experience and relationship with ordering, POS, and agency partners and vendors
Develop and lead C-suite presentations to set expectations, outline the onboarding and implementation process, provide program recommendations, share best practices, and strategize on future promotion planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships as an expert advisor and trusted advocate
Coordinate smooth account transitions with Sales Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure knowledge transfer and seamless merchant experience
Train merchant teams to promote the program and use our platform to increase customer engagement
Proactively find ways to enhance and improve the Implementation process and Customer Success function
Possess the ability to flex from onboarding support to supporting launched customers in their marketing journey, depending on the needs of the business


We are not big on requirements, but you probably have:

2 years of software/B2B onboarding/implementation/project management experience


Robust experience owning and managing multiple complex projects at once


A BA/BS


An understanding of startup or fast-paced environment and willingness to break through walls


Strong written and verbal skills and enjoy speaking to a crowd


Exceptional organizational skills and supreme attention to detail
A blended creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with conventional software - GoogleSuite and Excel (Basecamp, Airtable, Metabase, Catalyst are a plus!)
Analytical skills and knowledge of SQL/Excel
