We are seeking an experienced and reliable Team Leader /Manager with a background in engineer to join in our company.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Planning workloads and rotes
• Delegating work to team members
• Monitoring team performance and carrying out appraisals
• Ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines
• Showing new and inexperienced construction workers how to do the job
• Ensuring workers follow company policy and procedures
• Checking and signing off work
• Develop a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a project’s goal.
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, Construction, and Design..
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills for customer interaction
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure a productive environment
• Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring staff
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED 5,********per month
