You are part of the tactical marketing team who will design and launch strategies to attract different visitor segments and increase visitorship to the exhibitions and programmes by the National Museum of Singapore, as well as Changi Chapel and Museum and Reflections at Bukit Chandu under the National Museum. You have an eye for visually appealing and engaging integrated marketing campaigns that would grasp the attention of visitors and entice them to visit the museums. You are an unconventional thinker and team player, who is able to work within tight deadlines as well as handle multiple projects. You have a keen interest in the museum and heritage sector and would like to contribute to this growing industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that identify and reach out to different visitor segments to attract them to visit the museums. This will include engaging strategic external stakeholders, as well as working closely with internal departments. Create and implement tactical campaigns to increase visitorship to the museums and its exhibitions. Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Support the museums’ visual communications efforts including but not limited to the coordination of photography and videography projects, maintenance of the museum’s visual bank for marketing and documentation purposes, conceptualisation and production of on-site and online marketing collateral, and management of branding assets. Requirements Background in Marketing, Business or a related field Preferably 5-8 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, event management, promotions and/or visual communications Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills Good practical knowledge of Adobe Suite Design Programs, Photoshop and Illustrator Interest in the Arts and Heritage Sector Experience in project management and government procurement will be advantageous All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
