[What the role is] You will be required to manage the administrative functions of the school. [What the role is] Duties include: Procure products and services based on the institution's procurement guidelines Assist in staff claims for teaching and other duties Assist with administrative processes for student overseas trips and internship Manage marketing of courses, webinars, etc., with the team Work with the team in asset management and stocktaking - manage and coordinate the schools award ceremony with student leaders Track sponsorships for student awards - secretariat for department meetings You will be required to take on duties/projects as assigned by your reporting officer.
