SERP Triumph Marketing LLC is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. UAE experience in sales/business development within the digital marketing field is a must . As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, and excel in working independently.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and Lead Generation: Generate outbound opportunities to identify and engage prospective clients. Qualify leads from various inbound activities, including campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through various meetings, events, and lead-generation initiatives. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and attend kick-off meetings.

Sales Process Management: Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions. Prepare customized proposals for client presentations and meetings.

Communication and Follow-Up: Support with answering potential client questions and follow-up call inquiries. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics to measure performance.


Requirements:

Experience: Proven UAE experience in sales/business development within the digital marketing field is a must.

Skills: Solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

Adaptability: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license and a car (A MUST).
