[What you will be working on] • Handle Income Tax assessments of Corporates, Sole Proprietors and Partners • Keep abreast of tax developments to provide up-to-date and accurate advice to taxpayers and tax agents • Guide companies, sole-proprietors and partnerships in understanding and complying with their tax obligations through self-help and in encouraging voluntary compliance • Involve in reviewing rules and regulations to ease tax compliance, promote business growth and ensure that Singapore’s tax rules remain relevant [What we are looking for] • Bachelor’s Degree/Polytechnic Diploma (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration). • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate or Personal Income Tax work preferred • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Meticulous and analytical • Organized and systematic in handling data • Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
