Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, cost control, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management:
o Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets for efficiency, quality, and safety are met.
o Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demand.
o Monitor production metrics and adjust processes to address any issues or deviations.
• Quality Assurance:
o Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements for PVC and HDPE pipes.
o Implement and oversee quality control procedures, including routine inspections and testing.
o Address and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
o Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and support professional development.
o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in production management within the PVC and HDPE pipes manufacturing industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.CIPET degree or certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of PVC and HDPE pipe manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing production teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
