APMT Concession Management is currently looking for a seasoned Concession Contract Manager with high interest in driving and achieving results through collaboration. Reporting to the Senior Investment Manager, the Concession Contract Manager will, together with the Concession Analyst, be responsible for and oversee the global concession contracts portfolio, consisting of over 65 terminal concession agreements worldwide. Your primary task will be to maintain a rigorous governance structure of, ensuring continuously mapping of the contractual landscape. The Concession Management department is part of APMT Investment, and you will support the work of securing and maintaining APMT’s terminal portfolio. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast paced and global environment, ensuring the management of a well performing concession contract management while maintaining good relations with stakeholders with various backgrounds and seniority, mainly through strong analytical abilities, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a contract manager you will be accountable and exposed to a variety of tasks, such as: Maintaining the centralized repository for terminal concession agreements. Maintain and continue develop the concession management toolbox. Continuously reviewing the agreements and identify contractual risks, obligations, and improvement areas. Support concession analyst to establish KPI’s to track performance to foresee need for contract negotiations, renegotiations or finalizations. Ensure that new concession agreement comply with and include group legal policies. Look for opportunities to further optimize all concession contracts, and assure the organization to the extent possible adhere ‘best-of-benchmark’ concession contract. On a frequent basis interact with the stakeholders, both with Regional Directors and locally with the terminal Managing Directors - to receive performance and status updates, and identify next steps for all the relevant concessions. Liaise with relevant function within the global organization for updates and support. Support team(s) ahead of and during concession contract negotiations. Report back, both in written and verbally, to APMT Senior Management Team on concession contract management status. Experience/language skills required Holds a master degree within business, economics, engineering, and/or law. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in procurement and/or sourcing, legal or financial function. Previous experience of working with and managing concession agreements is an advantage. Documented legal experience or working as contract manager. Work life experience from the maritime and/or transport industry is an advantage. Demonstrated understanding of legal and contractual terms for a wide range of legal agreements. Understand commercial and financial implications of strategy development process. Has well-*** stakeholder management toolbox, and naturally engages stakeholders and actively manages expectations. Dares to challenge status quo when needed. Can clearly communicate and present new ideas and proposals to senior stakeholders. Demonstrate project and process management skills, with ability to multi-task activities while responding to unplanned turn of events. Persistently drives the business and legal optimization agenda with your stakeholder. Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish, French and Arabic are an advantage.
