Work Flexibility: Hybrid Job Description: Senior Service Delivery Lead - JDE Security Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Delivery Lead - JDE Security to lead our JDE security team and ensure the protection and integrity of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) system. As the Senior Service Delivery Lead - JDE Security, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive security program for JDE, managing a team of security professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to security policies and standards. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a strategic vision for JDE security, in alignment with the organization's overall security strategy and objectives. 2. Lead and manage a team of JDE security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and performance excellence. 3. Define and enforce JDE security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. 4. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to address them. 5. Design, implement, and maintain robust JDE security controls, including role-based access controls (RBAC), user provisioning, authentication mechanisms, and encryption methods. 6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, application owners, and business units, to identify security requirements and incorporate them into the JDE security framework. 7. Establish and maintain effective security awareness and training programs for JDE system users to promote a culture of security awareness and best practices. 8. Monitor JDE system logs and security events, perform security incident investigations, and oversee the incident response process to ensure timely and effective resolution. 9. Stay up to date with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends, and proactively assess their impact on the JDE security landscape. 10. Maintain relationships with external security vendors and industry groups to stay informed about the latest security practices and leverage external expertise when needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in JDE security administration, including at least 3 years in a lead role 3. In-depth knowledge of JDE security concepts, best practices, and administration tools, such as Security Workbench, User Administration, and Object Management Workbench. 4. Strong understanding of security standards and ability to translate them into actionable security controls. 5. Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing in the JDE environment is a plus 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of security professionals. 7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex security issues and develop practical solutions. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 9. Professional certifications in JDE security administration (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) and/or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable. 10. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing JDE security programs and initiatives. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
