As a Technical Manager in the Kalypso Oracle Practice, you will work in a client-facing role for global clients, helping them apply leading practice integration solutions to their Oracle Cloud implementation. Our focus is on helping clients extract business value from the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions, not just making the technology work. In this hands-on role, you will help deliver Oracle Cloud solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods and Retail. You will also help grow the practice by mentoring and leading junior members on the team, guiding them on leading practices in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Define Oracle Cloud technical best practices and recommended technical architectures and tools to ensure Repeatable Customer Success Keep abreast of the new features and functionality within the Oracle Cloud technical landscape Support estimating efforts for sales opportunities by providing insight and input to project estimates Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, insightful, and influential presentations and communications both internally and to clients. Participate in projects to delivery integration and technical solutions including hands-on work Provide input to the solution architecture and technical design for project implementations including development and delivery of technical design and technical architecture documentation Provide design and/or configuration direction to the other team members as required to support project deliverables. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years professional software implementation experience (Oracle strongly preferred) which includes 4+ years hands-on experience with implementation of multiple Oracle Cloud solutions in ERP, SCM and SCP Ability to influence client to follow leading practice integration approach Strong client interfacing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the client organization Solid understanding and experience with Cloud paradigms and models such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Minimum 5 Years of hands-on experience on Oracle Cloud Solutions including FBDI/ADFdi data load processes Expert level experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming Minimum 1 Year of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) Experience with APIs and common Web Services standards and implementations. E.g. WSDL / SOAP / XML / REST / JAX-WS and Oracle SOA Middleware BI Publisher and OBIEE Knowledge of EDI, B2B and common XML standards (XCBL, CXML) a plus Integration with Oracle EBS (standard and custom) required, integration with JD Edwards and other on-prem ERP a plus JAVA programming language a plus This position is part of a job family.
