Working alongside the Head of Subscriptions Development, you’ll help deliver an experimentation strategy that will improve and enhance the subscription experience and help achieve revenue, subscriber acquisition and retention targets for our brands.You will have experience working with data to drive smart and effective campaigns, drawing on customer insight and CRO best practice. Key to your role will be strong experimentation planning and execution, optimising, monitoring, reporting and analysis of performance.This will be done in close collaboration with your colleagues in the wider Subscriptions and Marketing team and cross-functional colleagues in the Product, Tech and Data teams. Together, you’ll execute strategic and tactical experimentation campaigns to achieve our revenue and ROI goals.In this role you will:Design and execute landing page and marketing funnel tests to improve conversion rates within experimentation platformsBuild experiments in various platforms (HTML, CSS), monitor performance and report on resultsCollaborate on an experimentation strategy per brand, to deliver a roadmap that leads the business in achieving revenue and engagement metricsEnsure all key stakeholders have input into the experimentation strategy, in alignment with the business’s commercial objectivesAnalyse activity effectiveness, amending roadmaps where necessary and clearly outlining rationale to stakeholdersMeasure and report performance of experiments and cross-channel marketing campaignsAnalyse and report on customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpointsDevelop and evolve actionable insight reporting per brand that explains the customer funnel and drives subscription conversion
