What you'll do

Follow market trends, regulatory and competitive landscapes, clients/leads' demands to identify and suggest improvements or new positioning of our products.
Develop the product roadmap seeking to optimize the delivery of value for current and future customers and for Pismo.
Evaluate, together with the engineering and business development teams, the approaches to implement the product roadmap: build, partner, buy.
Develop and monitor product solutions throughout their entire life cycle.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Work together with the engineering team and track their deliveries using agile models.
Cooperate with other teams to develop "cross squad" evolutions
Ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as integrity, resilience, and scalability

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in managing digital products
Experience in managing technology products aimed at the financial market.
Ability to understand and anticipate customer and business needs
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to collect data, perform analysis and validate conclusions about metrics and data
Challenge the status quo with the ability to articulate a path of change/improvement
Advanced English level
