[What the role is] At IRAS, we partner you to deliver quality services and foster a competitive economic environment to achieve growth for our nation. You will be part of a future-ready team that leverages data and digital capabilities to support enterprise growth and inclusive workforce practices through effective enterprise grants management. [What you will be working on] You will plan and implement enterprise grant schemes, working closely with policyowners, auditors, and other IRAS teams on policy design, system architecture, governance, implementation, and workflow improvement. You will have a balance of processing and development work to support grant implementation, as well as system design and data analysis to build IRAS’ next enterprise grant disbursement platform. You will also support other teams to answer queries from enterprises on Government payouts schemes administered by IRAS, and ensure compliance with eligibility conditions, e.g. conducting audits and data analysis to detect and deter abuse and fraud. [What we are looking for] Tertiary qualification preferably in Accountancy, Business Studies, Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of peer leadership. Good to have experience in unstructured environments, high-growth teams, or startups Comfortable with systems thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving. Basic experience with statistical packages (e.g. SQL, Python, R), programming (any language), or Robotic Process Automation will be a plus Good critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills Strong writing and verbal communication skills, especially ability to explain technical concepts simply yet accurately Familiarity with governance issues, risk management and compliance matters as there is a need to build a robust system Prior experience on Agile IT projects will be useful We regret to inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
