This role is within the Group Finance team based in Copenhagen, Denmark and represents the increasing contribution finance functions are having in sustainability related activities. We are looking for someone to drive us through this rapidly expanding landscape supporting both our internal and external Sustainability reporting. You will be supporting with the implementation of the new CSRD requirements at FLSmidth. You will be part of a small team dedicated to sustainability data where your focus will be on Social and Governance data within the team. Your Responsibilities Controlling of ESG KPIs for sustainability reporting from key stakeholders, focused on Social and Governance KPIs. Driving improvement in internal auditing of ESG data. You will support this by driving the ESG ‘record to report’ process. Development of an internal risk and control environment for ESG Support global implementation of upcoming CSRD reporting. Key contributor to the integrated reporting. Act as a partner to other areas of the organisation to support performance in sustainability. Involvement in sustainability related projects that require Group Finance involvement. What You Bring You have a relevant university degree within economics, finance, or sustainability related field. Ideally you have 4+ years in a Sustainability or Finance reporting function. Relevant experience in data controlling or internal risk and controls. Working knowledge of EU Taxonomy and CSRD. You possess strong communication skills and can translate complex messages into crisp analysis and presentations. Experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint and comfortable managing large data sets in Excel. Working knowledge of OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights an advantage. Experience in external Sustainability reporting an advantage. Project Management experience an advantage. You thrive when facilitating change and improvement.
