Leading HR for the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Israel, and Brazil with a commercial mindset. You will be the partner for the Senior Leadership Team for the region, a change agent for transformation, and help to deliver key changes within HR across the business. You will need to be a hands-on, and forward-thinking HR Director who will join the SW European HR Leadership team and help progress the HR function to the next level. You will support the HR teams in country to transform against the HR roadmap, deliver excellence to the business and develop as HR teams.You will:Work as a strategic partner with business leaders to support in the management of their teams on a broad range of generalist HR issues.Provide proactive and reliable operational and advisory support to the organisation.Champion best practice data and systems management and contribute to continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices.Support the transition to HR Shared Services.Help to ensure timely data reporting and analytics generation for the business stakeholders.Work with the European and Global HR teams on transformation projects, coordinating and delivering within the market unit/region.Hands-on approach to tackling everything from administration, and benefits to coaching conversations whilst we transform the HR organization.Understand that the role has physical geography responsibilitiesthat span multiple business groups and be able to work across these stakeholders to implement change
