Job Description: Job Title- Storage Architect, VP Location- Pune, India Role Description This Storage Architect key responsibility is to lead efforts within Storage Engineering to support both on-prem infrastructure adhering to the storage strategy and evolve the critical Cloud Strategy The individual will ensure the delivery of all Storage products, including Cloud, Object, Backup, File, and Block Storage.. The candidate will work closely with the Product Management team and Operations Management team to develop lean and highly standardized solutions to serve the growing demand for flexible and reliable storage platforms. The individual will ensure the delivery of all Storage products, including Cloud, Object, Backup, File, and Block Storage. The candidate will be crucial to define implications of the Storage Strategy on application development, Information Technology operations, Legal, Finance, procurement, security, compliance, privacy, identity management, data integration and mobility. A very strong architect profile to review conceptual designs and architectural blueprints for quality and assurance. Required to be at the technology front of DB global storage estate as the candidate will work with infrastructure partners and specialist to define, implement, and evolve a central architectural governance model in storage estate.
