As a member of the People Communications team, which also includes the cross-functional Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Performance Remuneration, Learning Development), your responsibilities will include: Providing legal support to HR and the Business stakeholders Management of disciplinary sanctions (analysis of facts, drafting of letters) Management of other departures: redundancies, negotiated departures transactions Support and assistance with the management of bodies such as works councils, CPPT and internal/external meetings with social partners Preparatory work for drafting and negotiating company agreements Legal research/social and regulatory monitoring Litigation management We are looking for Master’s degree in Labor Law, or experience in similar employment law/Human Resources functions, in an industrial or service environment, preferably in a multi-site environment. A generalist approach to HR, with good knowledge of individual and collective labor law. Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in teamwork!
