About the Role Winning at the point of purchase with customers is fundamental for luxury business growth as offline and online retailers, on-trade customers and wholesalers settle how our categories and brands are presented to consumers and shoppers. Shoppers increasingly buy from a repertoire of brands, hence our ability to influence this is critical to luxury business growth. The efficiency of our shopper marketing is fundamental and will focus on driving recruitment and/or premiumisation across the different shopper missions and sub channels. Responsibilities include: Lead the creative development of the Omnichannel luxury shopper marketing programmes designed to drive effective and efficient shopper conversion at the point of purchase. Ensure these programmes are developed through the lens of the priority channels (On trade, off-trade, e-commerce, convenience, discounters) and there is consistency in the deployment of key luxury brand assets to build and access memory structures. Create and adapt end to end luxury experiences along different consumer journeys across channels. Own the briefing and management of agencies to ensure all luxury tools are delivered on time in full in compliance with customer requirements. Ensure robust ME is in place, to develop comprehensive understanding of behaviour change and corresponding drivers of financial performance. Foster partnerships with the Customer Activation teams to ensure their needs are being fully met and programmes can be easily tailored to meet specific customer needs. Collaborate cross functionally to ensure creative asset development requirements are delivered and work is developed in line with brand strategy and creative guidelines. About You Minimum 5+ years of relevant Shopper marketing experience, Luxury industry is a clear plus. Strong commercial numerical skills with attention to detail. Existing capability to build relationships/partnerships with internal and external partners. Successful management of senior partners, resulting in strong and positive outcomes. Holistic abilities across various marketing growth drivers as well as a track record of delivering groundbreaking business results.
