Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the CPC Project Support Administration Lead, EM role will make an impact: Channel, Pricing Contracting (CPC) Project Support Administration Lead EM will be responsible for the support, coordination, project cycle management and maintenance of the projects led by CPC Head and/or sub-functional Leads; all referred to as “team” in this document. Key responsibilities for this role include: She/He shall partner with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure Projects are completed and tracked in line with Viatris policies and procedures She/He will be responsible for the support/coordination/execution of procedural administrative alliance for the Team for projects at a Global, Regional, Segment, Local Cross-Functional levels. She/He will take responsibility to lead or coordinate projects or processes on behalf of the Team, when asked/designated to do, such as HR initiatives, with the coaching and/or supervision of Team. She/He will work closely with Head of CPC and CPC Excellence Leads (subject matter experts) to ensure seamless project management and administrative support. The candidate will be one of the key contributors to improve work efficiency within the CPC team with her/his organization skills. She/He will support Leads in all meanings, to ensure efficient timely implementation of projects via un-interrupted cross-communication and in a compliant way, as per the Company SOPs principles ways of working. She/He will be the representative of the team to accomplish procedural, administrative and executional activities, in quality timely manner responsible for keeping up the coordination cross-functional/regional or global. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible to keep/archive documents and communications relating to CPC activities and projects in compliance with Viatris Global Policy on Records and Information Management She/He will coordinate and consolidate CPC communications, i.e Channel Newsletters, organizational announcements, VITA Communications. She/He shall perform/coordinate diversified logistics for internal/external communication. She/He will be the face of the Team in a way of “Executive Administrative Assistance”, including but not limited to: Conduct Business Travel Request; logistics and planning for the Team Initiate expenses report, calendar management, and scheduling of meeting appointments. Maintain and track project budget and monthly spend versus budget Vendor interactions management: Contracts management and approval on LCM, PO issuance, payment processing, and post event management and archiving. End-to-end management of Team’s meeting events plannings / organizations logistics. Planning, tracking, and optimizing meeting budgets for year-round. The minimum qualifications for this role are: At least 2-3 y of prior experience as executive adm. and/or project management, preferably in a multinational organization. Prior experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent Excellent organization communication skills as well as a strong team player. Proficiency in English – Advanced / Full Business Proficiency. Ability to work multi-tasked multi-cultural w/ flexi hours. Effective time management, ability to self-route proceed w/ min coaching Strong on stress management positive sprit. Demonstrated resourcefulness, with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities and take initiative. Previous experience that demonstrates ability to proactively carry out personal or executive assistant functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner Ability to travel when needed.
