Job Description: Job Title: Senior Linux/UNIX Engineer Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Pune Overview The Unix Engineering team is responsible for the strategy, engineering and delivery of the Linux and UNIX platforms within the bank. Our focus is on automating all aspects of deployment, configuration, testing and management of the hardware, firmware, OS and clustering stack by integrating tooling into a larger continuous integration framework and pipeline. Our team’s deliverables are; Core builds for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Suse Linux Enterprise Server, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Solaris and AIX Supporting legacy build patterns, clustering. Supporting patch cluster creation for the Linux/UNIX estate Hardware selection and ongoing certification.
