As part of the wider Careers and Employment Team, which includes a Career Development Consultants, a specialist in Marketing and Student Engagement as well as a dedicated Student Employment Consultants the International Career Development portfolio encompasses:The main strategic priority of this role is to increase the employability and employment outcomes of international students and graduates.Providing effective online and in-person career development interventions in one-to-one and one-to-many formats with a focus on providing excellent service to Griffith's diverse cohort of international students and graduates.Contributing to the wider Careers and Employment Service employer engagement strategy, with a focus on career development, placement opportunities and graduate outcomes for international students. This work will often require close collaboration with Academic Groups, Griffith International, Advancement Office and International Student Associations.Informing and contributing to a marketing strategy directed at Australian employers with the aim of sourcing placement opportunities for international students, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from across the University.Deliver career development and employability content that is embedded and assessed within curriculum both online (Canvas, Collaborate and MS Teams) and in person during lectures, tutorials.
