Role Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) What you'll be doing: Profissional que será responsável pelo suporte aos líderes de gestão de processos na implementação de uma nova forma de trabalho em empresa de grande porte atendendo a mudança de mindset para adoção e nova forma de operar. Terá a responsabilidade de coordenar todo o processo de mudança em um portfólio de iniciativas com a criação e implementação de planos que minimizem a resistência dos colaboradores e maximizem o envolvimento de todos . Key responsibilities: _Gerir portfólio de gestão de mudanças em iniciativas complexas analisando sua interdependência e melhores artefatos para a transição das pessoas na curva. _Planejar e executar iniciativas e intervenções de alto impacto em gestão da mudança, alinhadas às necessidades da organização _Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos de trabalho produtivos _Gestão ativa de partes interessadas (multi-áreas, executivas e operacionais) _Coordenar programas ou projetos aplicando as melhores práticas _Habilidade de avaliar situações e propor soluções _Compreensão de como as pessoas passam por uma mudança e o que é processo de mudança; _Familiaridade com abordagens de gerenciamento de processos de transformação, ferramentas e fases do ciclo de vida de uma mudança. _Resolução de problemas e habilidades de identificação de causa raiz. _Trabalhar em equipe e através da equipe _Experiência anterior em gestão de mudança de grandes projetos _ Certificação em Change Management (desejável) _Espanhol (para comunicação com stakeholders) We'd love you to have: _Capacidade de influenciar os outros e se mover em direção a uma visão ou meta comum. _Capacidade analítica e de tomada de decisão _Forte capacidade de planejamento e execução _Forte capacidade de relacionamento com diversos stakeholders #LI-DNI Established in 1969, Natura Brasil, the No. 1 cosmetics manufacturer in Brazil, has built a presence in the 7 largest Latin American countries, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Columbia, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico, as well as France.
