Your team: The Data Decision Science (DDS) team aspires to be the best analytics team in the world at engaging customers and delivering value for the organisation. Your reporting lines: You will be reporting into Senior Manager Delivery, Data Decision Science, who will be responsible for setting your goals and deliverables, and for providing you support in developing the skills and expertise to achieve mastery of the role as Analyst. Your responsibilities: Attend the Sprint planning meeting and participate in sizing the test effort required to execute the User stories/requests from the Business Product Owners Delivery Lead. Analyse each story, contact Product Owner if needed and make sure that definition of done is clearly defined. Understanding the “Acceptance Criteria” and conducting a BDD walk-through with the PO. Attend Business and Technical incubation sessions. Write Test Cases in JIRA which covers both functional as well as integration testing. Automate the business scenarios, using Gherkin language in Specflow, C# and NUnit. Maintain the automation scripts in GitHub. Test PEGA ReST API using Postman client. Run the regression suite in TeamCity and track the failures by raising defects in JIRA. Document the testing process and SOPs using Confluence. Complete System testing end-to-end testing to deliver NBCs (Next Best Convesations) which are offered across multiple channels such as NetBank, CommBank App, email, Call Centre, SMS and CommSee (used by branch Staff). Your skills experience: Relevant experience (preferably in the Financial Services sector) in manual testing Automation testing. Ability in writing BDDs/test cases to perform unit testing. Experience in doing manual end-to-end testing, all the way through to the device/channel integration testing. Ability to test Recency changes changes made to customer contact strategies. Some understanding of PEGA Decisioning tool. Digital testing experience such as end-to-end testing using iOS Android devices. Experience in running Regression using TeamCity de-bug the defects. Experience of and/ or a desire to work within an Agile environment. Flexible approach and able to deal with change and develop new ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Your qualifications: Experience required in Visual Studio 2012, Postman, GitHub, Confluence, JIRA with Adaptavist test management, TeamCity, Gherkin language in Specflow, C# and NUnit, Fiddler and Firebug.
