This is an opportunity to partner with a high-profile client that is one of the biggest financial services providers Australia. The client has an excellent working relationship with the team; and offer big budgets in tandem with their relentless commitment to being market first and always looking to get an edge – as such, you will be immersed in an environment of constant testing and learning, innovative thinking, and offered the space to advance your skills in bounds.Theroleis primarily responsible for creating media strategy and implementation recommendations across all brand digital and offline channels for the client; but alsohelping monitorthe activation and delivery of all brand sponsorship campaigns. It requires skills in creativity, media planning, media activation, media marketplace, and market dynamics. You must ensure attention to detail in all facets of your team’s work and take responsibility for any errors that occur.The hybrid Planning Manager is also responsible for directly managing a Senior Executive within the team and supporting the senior client leads in managing the client relationship through regular communication, presentations, WIP’s, and reporting financial process.KEY RESPONSIBILITESPro-actively manage the development of media initiatives which satisfy client objectives within the given timeframes.Use of planning tools to pull insights and competitive as required across digital and offline channels.Working with key partners such as Meta, Google, Spotify, Nine, etc. to ensure implementation of campaigns are in line with planning recommendations test learn roadmapWork with a team of other disciplines within our Publicis agency village to deliver market leading recommendations and insights into our activityOwn client WIP updates and deliverables across the line of businessEnsure channel champions within the team are accurately setting up campaigns, and that best practice and compliance procedures are adhered toDrive reporting with the team and draw insight that can have impact on our media and business objectives; share creative learnings/optimisationsOwn the finance deliverables for this patch, in collaboration with partner agencies within PublicisYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE4-6 years' experience in the media industryExpert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPossess sound financial management skillsStrong experience in brand digital planning/activation. No SEM experience required.Knowledge of the digital advertising space and experience working with third party vendors to drive added value for the clientExperience in planning Screens (TV, Social Video, YouTube etc.) and strong preference for someone who has experience in activating outdoor, radio, broadcast sponsorshipProven capability to juggle multiple campaigns and drive key milestones forward e.g. create and execute timelines, manage client communication of campaign statusAbility to drive innovation and development in this space – through test and learn and working closely with analytics teams to drive greater insight to the businessExperience in managing financeOTHER BEHAVIOURS WE LOOK FORPassionate about the media and advertising industry with an interest in new technology and innovationConfident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to guide and influence key stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively with other parties and delegate tasks across junior members of teamAbility to keep themselves and their team accountable for their outputsAble to think creatively, laterally, and conceptually.Develop professional relationships with client and media partners, understanding the information sharing boundariesAttention to detail that issecond to noneSpark Foundry, as a part of Publicis Groupe, believes that our people are our greatest asset.
