Your New RoleYou'll form part of a highly skilled team of Oracle Administrators providing support and maintenance for a large enterprise environment spanning multiple locations within Australia and overseas.The successful candidate will use their skills to enhance the design, implementation, testing and maintenanceof Oracle DatabasesResponsibilities will include but not limited to the following:Install, create, configure, upgrade and monitor databases to ensure optimum performanceEvaluate, recommend, manage and execute upgrades and technology enhancements as required.Provide supportto application teams for incidents relatingto Oracle DatabasesImplement monitoring and health reports that help reduce and eliminate Oracle issues effecting end usersBe process driven and take ownership of issues through to resolutionContribute to the creation and maintenance of technical system documentationWork within an ITIL framework for all work related activities (Change, Incident, Problem management)Participate in the team on call roster and be part of a team roster covering 7am – 7pm weekdays
