Role Purpose 职位目标: To lead field sales team in region wide to achieve and exceed sales target within budgeted opex. Work with cross functional team to strategic designed regional strategy and implement it. To develop team with specialty capability, develop talents in GSK and drive performance culture. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责: Achieve and exceed sales target Establish sales organization structure and functions, effectively and efficiently deploy FF and run operations to meet sales target and plan for anticipated challenges in the market. Develop annual region plan of activities/FF deployment, to ensure accomplishment of source of business and priorities. Identify business opportunities and deploy resources in order to drive performance Build KOL/KDM relations and network to achieve strategic objectives Build up sales team’s competency for specialty care, and drive performance culture and winning spirit Work closely with different functions (marketing team,CGA, CD, CE and others) to implement strategy and activity, in order to achieve business objectives. People/Team Management and development Lead team and build up competency of specialty care, work with cross function to initial/optimize trainings for team Set objectives and direction of sales plan to direct reports and engage their commitment to deliver stated results. Develop talent and succession plan Performance management, coaching and feedback timely to team, appraisals for subordinates. Ensure a high level of motivation, morale and enthusiasm excise within the field sales force, via recognition, rewarding, etc In line with compliance of sales force activities with GSK standards, Code of conduct, Sales Promotion Practice Guideline, etc. Accomplish other tasks assigned by line manager. Qualifications/Requirements: 申请资格 / 职位要求: Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in medical related. Minimum 10 year’s working experiences in pharmaceutical industry, of which at least 2 years holding 2nd line sales manager position or above with MNCs. Experience in specialty care field is preferred. Mother language Mandarin and basic English communication skills. Ambitious, result orientation, performance driving, innovative.
