Key Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the system backend Communicate with national operators and provide technical support on the system Ensure the integrity and correctness of SP logic by analyzing and checking system data Communicate and collaborate with the development department to improve system script logic and ensure stable system operation Conduct one-on-one English communication with foreign customer IT, troubleshoot interface docking issues, and ensure system docking data. We are looking for Bachelor's degree or above, computer related majors are preferred. Familiar with SQLserver, Oracle, Java, etc., understand the basic applications and operations of databases, and understand basic network level knowledge Sensitive and interested in data, able to withstand tedious data processing processes Understand WMS, ERP, SAP, OMS and other related systems, and have an understanding of the supply chain industry Possess good service awareness and professional literacy, communication skills and good language expression skills, and possess a spirit of teamwork. Be rigorous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and will not give up halfway Good English reading and writing skills, with a CET-4 or above in college English Able to work overtime, with relevant work experience preferred A.P.
