Your primary focus will be on improving the applications monitoring as well as handling and improving Change-, Incident-, Problem- and Service Request Management, including root cause analysis and its documentation (Confluence/OneNote). You are part of 2nd level support in case of occurring incidents, problem management and monitoring of Midrange environments (RHEL, Cloud) You collaborate with other team members, 3rd parties and vendors to achieve the sprint and production objectives.
