Job Overview:
The Site Engineer will oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment equipment and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) water tanks. This role requires technical expertise in water treatment processes, material handling (specifically GRP), and construction site management. The candidate will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project delivery within deadlines and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Site Supervision:
o Supervise the installation and commissioning of water treatment plants, filtration systems, and GRP water tanks.
o Monitor and ensure that work is carried out according to the project design and specifications.
o Ensure that project timelines are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
o Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders on-site.
2. Technical Support:
o Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams regarding water treatment equipment and GRP tank systems.
o Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation of equipment and tanks.
o Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and recommend solutions.
3. Health & Safety Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures on-site.
o Conduct risk assessments and provide corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
o Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and progress updates for ongoing projects.
o Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
o Maintain accurate records of site activities, installations, and project milestones.
5. Client Liaison:
o Serve as the point of contact for clients on technical matters and project progress.
o Address client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Maintenance & After-Sales Support:
o Supervise routine maintenance work on installed water treatment equipment and GRP tanks.
o Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
o Address any post-installation issues and provide after-sales service support.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a site engineer in water treatment, plumbing, or GRP water tank sectors.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in water treatment technologies (e.g., RO, UV, filtration systems).
o Knowledge of GRP material properties, installation
o Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
o Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities.
o Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Certifications (Optional):
o Project Management Professional certification.
o Health and Safety Certifications
